  When I click on edit image, the option to crop is greyed out clicking on it doesn’t work nor clicking on the image to drag

  Hi,

  I had trouble with that as well until I read more closely. The “?” beside “Image Crop” opens a box with instructions. The beginning of the instruction holds the key that I missed the first couple of times I read it. It says:

  To crop the image, click on it and drag to make your selection.

  The wording is confusing. You don’t drag the image itself. If you click on the image and then drag the cursor in any direction away from an edge, it activates the cropping tool, which has square boxes at its four corners, four more at the mid-points of its sides, and dotted lines between the boxes. That’s the cropping tool.

  Thanks for your answer, I was following those instructions but it didn’t work because it is a fault in my android PC OS, (Jide remix mini) I just tried it on our PC we use for accounting and it works fine now.
