  Hi, I am trying to edit some images, but when I highlight it and press ‘edit’ although the editing window comes up no option for editing the image is available…

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  Hello, I am also having this same problem.

  To date I have:

  1. checked that firefox was up to date (it was)
  2. cleared cookies and cache
  3. started firefox in safe-mode with all extensions disabled
  4. attempted the process with google chrome
  5. tried chrome again with the incognito flag set to disable all extensions

  None of these has worked.
