Image Edition and plugins

    Want to edit images in Featured images using the plugin manual-image-crop.
    Unable to find the plugin and how to activate it.

    Also a general how do I install the various plugins (eg: Reorder post) if I am using a free version.
    It does say to download the plugin to wp-admin/content/plugins not able to reach or find it.Please let me know.
    Also when do i get require to create the directories for wordpress so that i can download my plugins

    It does say to download the plugin to wp-admin/content/plugins not able to reach or find it.

    You may be referring to a WordPress.org support document. Plugins can not be installed on a WordPress.com site. However, see the Plugin Requests section of the Plugins support page.
