Image Editor is not working

For the last week or two, I have been unable to edit images in my Media Library. I can upload images and see them in the library, but when I click on “Edit” I just see a broken image icon next to the filename.
From here, if I click on “Edit Image” I get “Sorry, there was a problem loading the image. Please close this editor and try selecting the image again.”
I’ve tried different browsers, have cleared all browser data, and my site is set to “Public.” Every image in the media library is affected, even ones I have edited previously.
Please help!

I’m able to to edit images in your media library without problem, in both My Site ->Media and via https://mndoughboy1918.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php
Which of those two options are you using to edit an image? Or are you doing it from the Add Media overlay when you add a file directly to a post or page?
And what browsers have you tried? Are you able to try a different internet connection? The broken image icon and the error message you quoted both make me suspect that your browser is having trouble loading the image file from our servers.

Thanks. I first noticed it when attempting to add a Featured Image. I clicked that, saw the library, but couldn’t edit. Then I tried going to My Site > Media.
I’ve tried Chrome and Safari. Everything has been through my work network; I’ll try from home tonight.

No, a completely different setup:
Mac/Chrome/work network – can’t edit
PC/Chrome/home network – can editIf it would be useful for you, I can try the Mac at home. Let me know.
