Image Enlargemet Problems – Internet Explorer Version 10

  Despite upgrading to Internet Explorer Version 10, I’m still having problems with editing my images. When I manually enlarge them on my draft portion, they don’t appear enlarged once I PREVIEW it. Is anyone else having this issue? Help!!! Thanks
