Image enlarging by clicking problem

  Despite of setting Link to Image file, after clicking on the image, it only shows its thumbnail instead of enlarging.

  Please help!

  Hi there!

  There are various images on the page you linked, which is the one you’re having problems with? If you’d like to attach a screenshot you can add it to your media library and we’ll check it from there.

  Please take a screen shot of the image in question. This might just be how your theme is designed to work – but once I know I’m looking at the same image as you that can be further evaluated. Add the screen shot to the site media library and write back to us once that’s been done.

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

  I reinstalled my browser – Google Chrome, but I am still getting downsized image instead of enlarging.

  When you click on the image and it opens up in a new window, does a magnifying glass cursor appear upon hover?

  Also, have you tried another browser, like Firefox or Safari? Does the image enlarge there for you?

  Hi,

  I completelly removed (it was too hard!) and reinstalled Google Chrome

  The problem was solved.
