  I’m trying to upload an image into media (.png file) but just getting a small blue box with a question mark. Could you help please

  I’m so sorry that this happened. We’re you finally able to upload the image? I see that a PNG file was uploaded very recently.

  Let me know if you are still having trouble and I’d be more than happy to take a further look!

  Hi there, I’m still unable to upload the image. I can’t see why this should be, as you say I’ve had no trouble uploading other .png files. I’ve tried again but still get the little blue square. I’ve deleted it so please let me know if you need to see and I’ll try uploading it again
