image filename showing up in post, after refreshing..

  only image file name showing up in post but after I refresh the page the images are there… really weird, sometimes I only see the image file name and have to refresh the page of click on the file name to see the image, other times the photo is visible right away (like I want)
  Why is this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  it looks like this before I refresh the page (in every browser the same)
