  How do I import the image from the Twenty-Sixteen theme to my blog?

  Hi,

  If you want to apply that theme to a WordPress.com site, then you need only activate it. Importing isn’t necessary. I don’t know if importing is even possible. So for instructions on activating a WordPress.com theme, see the Activating a Theme section of the Themes support page. See also the My Content and Switching Themes section of the support page, regarding possible undesirable but fixable effects caused by switching to another theme.
