Image Gallery not showing in visual mode

  I am no longer seeing the image gallery blue box when in visual mode to edit a post, but when I preview the post and publish it, the gallery appears. Is there a way to make this box appear again?

  I had the same problem as you had and I think I may have the solution to your problems.

  Depending on what web browser you use, ensure it is up to date. I was using firefox and I had up dated the add-on plug-ins e.g. Adobe reader, flash player, Java, Microsoft Sliverlight etc to the latest versions. After restarting firefox and checking that everything was updated, I returned to the editing screen and the gallery blue box was back, including the “more tag”.
