  I want to hide the image information, like the camera shutter/aperture used from image gallery.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Metadata option allows you to turn on/off the metadata information shown in the Carousel.

  I have searched for the Carousel Settings and am unable see where I have these options. ….

  Under Dashboard>Settings>Media>Metadata. Uncheck the box next to
  “Show photo metadata (Exif) in carousel, when available.” and save your changes.
