Image Gallery Slider problems

  The Image Gallery slider on my website isn’t working properly. In Firefox if I click on a thumbnail it will enlarge the image with a black background but there will be no arrows either left or right of the image to move to the next images. In Safari it just enlarges onto a white background. I have to press the back button on my browser to get out of it. I have done everything right under settings. I am using the Gridspace Theme.
