There’s less space under ‘akshay’ because it uses two lines for the ‘famous for’ part. That’s why it looks slightly different than ‘Henzarules’

There’s less space because that section hasn’t been formatted correctly. You need to swicth the editor to Text (=code), turn this:

to this:
<div style="clear:both;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">akshay</span></div>
add a paragraph break (blank line) instead of a line break after it,
and delete this from the end of the post:

If you switch the editor to Text, you’ll see what the difference is. Correct it so that the code of the last image/text pair is exactly like the code of the previous image/text pairs.

Yes, because you didn’t make it like the previous sections. Stop pasting links to sreenshots, and just make sure all the sections are similar. In the Text editor, all the other sections are like this:
<div style="clear:both;"><span style="text-decoration:underline;">HEADING</span></div> BLANK LINE IMAGE CODE THEN NAME BLANK LINE DETAILS BLANK LINE LEVEL BLANK LINEMake the last section like that too.
