Hi – I would like to use the image/graphic on the website for different organisations. As a student of CIPD Level 5 L&D I want to use the image in a presentation I have to create for an assignment.

At that link it clearly states, “Images may be subject to copyright.” and then there’s a “Learn More” link. You can click there for further questions.

I have read that but it doesn’t state if the image is protected by copyright. Do you own the image? and if so may I use it?

Hello there, That’s not something that WordPressdotcom as a platform can confirm for you as each site owner owns their own content. In order to check on that you would need to directly contact the owner of the site that the image appears on. There should be a link to the original site/location of that file on the page you linked to on Google images.

We don’t own that image. We only host the site the image is in.
You can ask the site’s owner if you can use that image or not. You can contact them by leaving a comment in that post:
