Image Handling problems in Colormag

    I have Colormag running successfully on a couple of sites. Having installed it on a site (hosted by Fasthosts) image handling is not working correctly. I am unable to add a header image – I get as far as select and crop, but get a blank screen instead of the image and cropping handles.
    Additionally if I try to edit an image, the selected image does not show, and there is a message “Image rotation is not supported by your web host”.
    So far Fasthosts have been unable to resolve this. They said Imagick is not supported on the sever, however Imagick is also not installed on sites running successfully.
    Can anyone help on this?
    Does Colormag need a specific image handling add-on?

    You’ll want to use https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to get help with the WordPress.org installation. That’s different from the managed hosting environment that we offer here at WordPress.com.

    Thanks Liz, I had struggled making a post on wordpress.org, and got here by mistake. I have managed to do it now though.
