“Choose from image library” produses a blank dialog box after I choose the image for the header from the media library. I need to kill the box, and as a result I cannot choose a custom image from the media library.

Can you please try clearing out your cache? Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

The same happens also after cleaning the cache and on both Firefox and Google Chrome and on different computers.

maybe I found location of the bug.
If I use “Choose from image library” and then “Show” for some image (without filtering!!!), I get correct image menu with “Set as header” and all is fine.
However, if I press “Filter” to get images from some dates (or even all dates but just press Filter), and after use “Show”, then the image menu blinks very fast and jumps to the image menu for the insertion to a post. This menu has no “Set as header” line but “Insert into post”. I repeated this steps in various combinations, and it looks like a bug. Did I describe ok ? -
Strangely I’m not able to reproduce your problem. Could you please make sure your browser is running the latest version?
If possible, create a screencast on this page and record the issue.
