Image Header won't upload on my blog – please help me

  Please help me. I honestly don’t know what is wrong with WordPress. i’ve tried to upload my header picture in SEVERAL THEMES, different browsers, different sizes, different optimization, different computers, and none of them work. Please help me fix this problem. I seriously don’t know why WordPress has been so hard to use….but it’s been horrible because I can’t even get started. Please help me figure out what is wrong.

  How big is the image? What kind of file is it? What is the file name?
