Image "hot spot" links — possible?

  I am planning on making a website with a wordpress template (but please take into consideration when you answer that I am not all that technologically advanced). Am I able to upload an image and make “hot spot links” on the image to where part of the image links to one page (internal or external link) and another spot goes to another link (but it’s all one image)?
