  I am an art teacher and I would like to allow my students to upload pictures in my comment section. It looks like I need to upgrade to have access to plug-ins. This will cost $300, which I do not have. Is there a way to enable this with the free version?

  Currently no, that is not an option for comments without adding plugins.
