clubdescampismo – this should do it for you:
<p align="center"><img src="http://yourfile.xxx"></p> -
I am trying to put a badge in my sidebar- is this allowed?
<pid=SRBadge>CHALLENGERELIGION.COM</p><scriptid=SRBadgeJstype=text/javascriptsrc=http://challengereligion.com/wp-content/js/rank.js></script>

I have uploaded a logo image to my sidebar but it displays too small. How do I enlarge it?
see http://www.accentsofbua.wordpress.com -
For the best quality image you should tweak it in an offline graphics program like Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc. If you hit Resize on most of those programs they’ll do a pretty good job of smoothing things out and making them look nice. Then upload it with a different name and use that.

I really don’t know what IrfanView can do or what features is offers but it is recommended ever so often as one of the best online free program for such tasks:

Thanks, I use Photoshop but I have uploaded various sizes of the image and they all display at the same small size, like a thumbnail, though I have designated “full image.”
I am new to WordPress, so I am thinking its a simple code issue or something. -
I see what you mean. This is what I do, because I’m a nincompoop when it comes to tech:
I make a draft post, never to be made public, where I tweak the look of my widgets. Insert the image like you would to a post (don’t choose Thumbnail!), change the size there via either dragging the corners or changing the pixels in the pop-up box, etc. Format it as you prefer. Then, click to the Code tab, copy all the code, and paste THAT code into your widget.
Hope this helps.
