Image in Solipsus background?

  In Solipsus, is it possible to place an image outside the box where the content and sidebar is? I have a violin with a rose inside that area, but can I place something larger in the grey area of the background outside the box? I am festivalstrings.wordpress.com

  Without CSS editing what you want cannot be done. It’s a photshop type of job. I’m flagging this so it gets moved to the CSS forum for you.

  This would only be possible with the CSS editing upgrade as has already been mentioned. You could then add the image to a text widget and use absolute positioning to move it to appear outside the main content area. Would you want the image to appear on every page of your blog or just on the home page? If you upload the image you want to use to your media library and let me know the URL I can help with the CSS code which you can preview before deciding if you want to go ahead with the upgrade.

  Thanks and I would want to have it on every page, but I need to assess if I can afford to upgrade at this point.
