Image is not uploaded by WordPress media uploader for customer role

  Hi, I am trying to upload images with WordPress media uploader for user role: customer. I have added all image upload capabilities for the user role. The roles are: read, upload_files, edit_published_pages and edit_others_pages. But despite of that, image upload is failing. The error shows is: An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

  We have checked that there is no conflict from any plugin and WordPress is up to date (6.5).

  Please suggest why it is happening and what is the solution for it.
