Image Issues and Brazillian Users

hello support,
I am an advanced developer, and I program in several different languages.
I and several other Brazilian users of wordpress, we can not view some images in posts.
The ones I posted recently are OK, and the oldest can not be viewed.
So I guess they are on different servers.This is not only my blog, but in any wordpress blog, even the help pages.
So I suppose the problem is in the wordpress servers (IP)
Well, I know how the support staff think about the end users.
So here’s your answers,
My broswsers, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome are OK
and have the latest version.All caches are clean.
I do not have any bad add-on.so the problem is not on my computer
The problem is also found on other devices such as tablets and mobile phones.
Can someone fix it as fast as possible.

Exactly same scenario here., plus, in some cases, one HTTPS security error message appears.
I saw countless Brazilian users complaining about the same thing, so, please, help us.Thank you

There have been problems in the past with one of the ISP’s in Brazil messing up access to WordPress.COM blogs – it was some sort of config issue at the ISP –
