Image keeps showing in Text box

  hi,

  I’m not sure what I’ve done, but I keep getting this image every time I add a new text box. It’s been happening for ages, but it is getting annoying now as I have to go in and manually delete it every time and change the sizing.

  Deleted video – Please see image instead

  but every time i add a new text box this image pops up. i dont want to delete the image from my Media folders as it is being used
