Image layout in Colinear

  I have a personal plan for two sites having domain names. I just upgraded one to Colinear from Coraline, and I need to know how to lay out the many images on the pages, for example this page:

  Do I need to upgrade my plan to get CSS, or can I do it easily using something else, like a grid?
