Image Link not working

We are trying to add an image and have the image go to this link
steam://connect/206.221.176.77:28041
Currently when you click the image it just goes back to the same page. This link should open up steam, open the game and put the person right into our game server.
Is there some sort of protocol needed to fix this?
What we currently have inputted in the block is :
When you click on the image it just brings us back to the home page. When right clicking the image and copying the link address it brings us to:
How can we fix this please

Hi there,
It’s not working, because we only allow web URLs, i.e. URLs starting with
http://...for links on WordPress.com. You’ll notice if you try to use that link as the URL when adding a regular text hyperlink, it will similarly get stripped out. We do this as a security measure to prevent people linking to malicious software in this way.We don’t have this restriction for sites using plugins on the Business Plan, but if you don’t want to upgrade to do this, the other option is to put the link on your site as plain text instead, with instructions to your visitors to copy that and open in a new browser tab.
