Image link question

  Hi!
  So I manage this blog – http://blog.swym.it

  I have a (featured) image for each post. Some of them are screenshots. When I uploaded them, I did not change the file name – but let it remain as “screenshot taken on…”

  Is it possible to change it to link back to some external site?

  It looks bad now, any way I can work around this?
