image loading w/ section blacked out

When I load an image it is partially blacked out. Have tried everything – reloading image. Other images in the same blog post are fine (both before and after image w/ problem). Images have exactly the same qualities – they are both screen captures loaded into the blog post. Please help. Extremely frustrated at this point.

I ended up printing the image as a pdf and then taking a screen shot from that. For some reason that loaded properly. When I took a screen shot from Excel it would not load.
