image missing from post publicized to FB

  I have a gravatar picture uploaded. When I publicize to Facebook, I get the generic blue emblem. I thought it would be the gravatar pic.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your username is not linked to your blog.
  How to make your name link to your blog:
  dashboard —> Users —> Personal Settings —> Account Details—> website—> fill in the address of your blog—>save the changes.
