Image mouse-over titles gone

  Since the upgrade last week, all of my new post images do not have a mouse-over titles. I include the description, but nothing appears. Has this feature been removed?

  Do you fill in all the text fields when uploading images?

  The text is called “Caption” now, which is uh…unintuitive to say the least.

  I had filled in the title field. I went back and copied and pasted the title field into the caption field and saved. The titles still do not appear. I am running IE. Thanks for your help.

  I see the same problem, in Firefox.

  Alt tags are missing from images uploaded after the upgrade. They’re showing in the HTML, but simply not displaying.
