Image not displaying in Pictoria theme

  I just activated the pictoria theme,in demo it shows images in menu display.
  However when i activated it,i only get blue boxes with post title althoough my posts are classified as images when i post them.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,
  First, the theme you’re using is called Pictorico. The images displayed in the grid on the front page are featured images. If you haven’t assigned a featured image to a post, then none will display.

  From the Pictorico theme support page:

  Pictorico looks its best when you assign a Featured Image to your posts. Featured images appear on the blog index and archives; if no featured image is set, a solid background color is shown instead.
