Image not displaying on other computers
-
On this post, https://iamrainman.wordpress.com/2015/01/13/getting-personal/ there should be an image of pencils between the first and second paragraph. I see it on the computer where I do most of my work on my blog, but it does not display on my laptop or smartphone. What is happening?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

On my desktop monitor I don’t see any pencils where you indicate. Can you provide and screen shot of this post, or any post, with the images?

That is odd. I still do not see the embedded pencils image in that post with either Firefox or Google Chrome, though with Chrome there is an large square box with a folded corner paper image in the center. That image will display if clicked on.
Note that the screen shot you provided is from the January 2015 archive page. The feature image displays there but not above the post on the front page, or on the post page itself.
I’ll tag the topic for Staff attention.

If you go into your media library, you’ll see the image has been corrupted in some way.
If you re-add the photo to your photo library and then re-add it to the post, you should be back in business.
Do you remember if you added the image directly to the post, or added it to your media library first, and then added it to the post from there?
There is a known issue where images that are added to a post from your computer (rather than from the media library) and then are edited (cropped, flipped, resized, etc.) sometimes fail similarly to what you are experiencing.
Let me know if you have any trouble removing the broken image and re-adding it–or if you do that and it doesn’t work.
