Image not showing up in blog post after I upload it

  When I add an image (both jpg and png) to a blog post, I am unable to see it when I upload it. It comes up blank on the screen when I try to edit it and when I look at a preview of the blog post. The photo I’m trying to add is no different than hundreds of others I’ve added in the past. Has something recently changed? How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

  Can you please tell us which browser (and version of) you’re using?

  I’ve tried it on Google Chrome 15.0.874.121, Internet Explorer 8.0.6001.18702, and Firefox 4.0.1.

  As a first step, could you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  You might also want to try uploading a different image — perhaps one that you successfully uploaded before. This will help us see whether it’s an issue specific to your image.

  I cleared my cache and cookies and tried that photo again, but it doesn’t work. However, I am able to upload several other jpegs with no problem. I’m not sure what the problem is with that one image, but WordPress can’t seem to process it for this one blog. I tried it in another WordPress blog and it worked just fine. This is quite a mystery, but at least I was able to add it to a different WordPress blog and use it from there. I suppose this problem can be considered resolved, though it’s strange that it’s such a selective issue. Thank you for your help.
