image not showing when I post site link

  Previously when I would post my sites link my gravatar would show. Now a blank space is all you see. For instance, in a facebook group today someone asked me what my web address was. Once I entered it the preview popped up. No pictures were attached with the preview. Just a black square to the left with my blog name and tagline to the right. Any idea why this is happening?

  Hi there,

  If you post a link to your site’s home page, we try to send Facebook your site’s blog picture/icon (also called a Blavatar). It looks like you have a Gravatar, but not a blog picture for your site. You can upload one in your site’s general settings (at the top right) here:
