Image on About Page

  Hi!

  On the About page of my website, the picture I have above my name won’t show up on the page. It is there when I’m editing the page but as soon as I click ‘preview’ or look at the actual page, no image shows up. I’m wondering what I can do to fix this. Thanks!

  Hi there!

  I do see an image on your About page. Were you able to fix that already? If you’re still having trouble with that, would you please share a screenshot of what you see on your end? You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply. Thanks!

  I’ve added the link above to the image, while the heading image shows up, there is supposed to be a picture of me above my name that isn’t showing up for some reason.

  Hi there,

  You’re right. I see the profile image while on the edit page, but when I preview it, I do not see it either. When I hover over the area where the image is supposed to be and right-click the image to open up in a different tab, it shows up. So, it is there, but for some reason, is not being displayed.

  Have you tried removing the image block, and reinserting it? Or, have you tried reuploading the image to see if it shows?

  Yes I’ve tried both of those things and the picture still doesn’t show up.

  Hi @falconbagelvenus34378,

  It looks there was something funky with your layout grid; I’ve gone ahead and created a copy of your About page which previews as expected. This uses the columns block, which might be preferable to work with moving forward.
