Image on header in hemingway theme

  Hi.

  Somebody knows how to put an image on the header of my wordpress blog (www.wherearemypics.blogspot.com) instead of blog title and description?

  I use the hemingway theme

  Please help me.

  That said, it shouldn’t be too difficult to edit your template’s html to accommodate a header image. Blogger has this feature but WordPress does not. If you are interested in using the Hemingway theme for WordPress then your best bet would be to host it on your own server. As far as I know that is the only way to customize the header.php.

  Your blog address is http://wherearemypics.wordpress.com/ Note that there is no www and no trailing … And please correct the link in your user name to reflect your wordpress.COM blog, as explained in the sticky, 8 Things, at the top of the forum. It will make it easier on both you and volunteers in the forums.

  rudolfducanfrench is partially correct. You cannot edit the HTML files here nor can you edit the php files. But you can edit CSS files with the paid upgrade and a header image can be added. However, if you are not familiar with CSS, it is not recommended because there is no official support for it and only a few people in the forums are well versed in it.
