  There are plugins availble for wordpress e.g. Smash it – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/head-cleaner/

  To reduce images sizes within wordpress it’s self this would not only help improve the page speed for the uses but also help reduce wordpress.com’s network traffic as well.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
