Image placed to high on text line

    If i got a line, then i always put an image behind it, but its placed a little to high, how can i fix this?
    Example: http://i40.tinypic.com/2hwnsdh.jpg

    People said to me, that i have to change something in my style.css, but what do i have to change exactly?
    If you need to see my style.css, just say it.
