image placeholder
-
Any time I try to add or change content on my page, an tiny image placeholder appears and the rest of the content appears as as a footer. It happens whether I insert text or an image. I’ve had this page for about six months and it has never been an issue. This is a new problem and happens no matter what theme I try. I posted in the forums and did not get an answer. Can someone please help with this? Thank you.

Hi there, as justpi mentioned on the other thread – could you please provide a link to a page where this has happened so we can take a look? You can make it a draft post if you don’t want it to be publicly visible – I’ll still be able to see it.
I was able to create a test draft alright on your site. Does this happen in a different browser, such as Firefox?
If the problem doesn’t happen in Firefox, could you please try deactivating all your Chrome extensions and add-ons? Here are instructions for doing that:

Scroll down to the section called “Temporarily disable extensions.”
If the problem goes away, you can try reactivating the add-ons/extensions one-by-one to find the culprit.

Hello – I am sorry to have duplicated the request. I thought the first one did not post.
Of course, NOW the problem is gone, and I look like a dummy! I did go in and delete all of the header images, changed themes, and then reloaded the images, and that seemed to work. I swear on a stack of bibles that this was an ongoing problem, and now “poof” it’s gone.
Thank you so much for your attention to this matter. I’ll let you know if it happens again.

No worries – I’m glad things are back to normal. If it happens again, feel free to try some of the troubleshooting suggestions I mentioned earlier, and let me know how it goes!
