image placement in wordpress blog.

I’d like to place the image at the end of the text. the cursor highlights that area, but the image insists upon landing above the post title. Just last week, the image, with no special protocols, landed at the end of the text, as I wanted.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you Time Thief for the reply. This is a mysterious situation. I’ve tried the featured image option on my 8 year old Dell laptop, a very new Dell laptop at the Microsoft store that runs Windows 10 and a very new Apple at their store.
At Apple, I tried the set featured image option and once again, the image landed above the title. That’s sometimes perfectly fine, but not always. Because I was working on a Mac, i put the image onto the desktop and then dragged it to where I wanted it, which is below my sign-off on the blog and the trick worked.
The image placement process has certainly changed. IO recall the left, right, or center placement options. I usually had to drag the image around, but I was always able to make it work.
Thanks you again,
Kim
