Image Plugin
-
I am looking for an image plugin that will pop up in a new window…allow me to upload an image from my computer, resize the pixels, enter alt text, select the alignment, and allow for spacing around image margins. Any suggestions?

What you’re talking about already exists in the Rich editor. Have you got your blog set to use that? If so, you’ll see a row of pictoral icons above the posting box; the one with the tree is the picture icon. Instructions are in the FAQ at the head of hte forum.

I don’t use the rich editor because it makes my post go all crazy when I copy and paste. It also interferes with YouTube videos.

I only use the rich editor, and it works just fine with YouTubes.
Are you by any chance NOT hosted by WordPress.com? We are all WordPress.com blogs here, and if you’ve downloaded the software and are running it on your own hosting, you need to be over at WordPress.org looking for answers. Our software here is very different.

As to the youtube issue, you can enter the code into the code tab. If you enter it into the visual tab, it will mess up as you state.

Dr Mike, are you talking about HERE? Because I use it daily in the visual tab and it works 100% fine.
