Image posted to homepage / landing page

    I’m using the Oxygen theme blog and when I post a picture it crops the depth of the picture to a very slimline cut, meaning that you can only see the whole picture when you click on the post. I’d like the whole image of a post to be shown when posted to the blog landing / homepage. Is this possible with this theme? The width is how I want it, it just cuts the image when posted until you click on the full post.

    Many thanks

    Chris

    It’s not possible without the Custom Design upgrade.

    @bradych,

    Hi. I don’t know what you mean by the depth being cut. It looks like the full image is there in your first post, greatly reduced to fit into the post width. Your post width is necessarily leaner than it would be on other themes because you have two sidebars.

    The size of that image btw is 3237 X 865 pixels. In order to view that entire image at scale one would need a monitor over 3 feet wide. So I presume you mean something else. Perhaps you want it to be as wide as the header image, in other words to extend from the left margin to the right margin of your theme. If that is the case, then the image will overlap both sidebars, unless the sidebars move as a unit down, or part like the Red Sea to accommodate it.
