image quality

    Hi, i just recently transferred over from wordpress.com to wordpress.org (hosted by bluehost). Since the transfer where i exported and imported existing content, some of my images have lost their quality, but not all (!!). And when i’ve uploaded new images to the library and inserted them into a post, again, some only seem to lose quality once viewed online. (note: the quality seems fine on a draft version but is not as nice online).
    All of my images are hand-drawn animated gifs. The loss of quality isn’t a huge deal, but it would be nicer if this didn’t happen.
    Would anyone have any thoughts?

    #2, #5, #6 and #10 have a poorer quality (are ‘jaggedy’) for no apparent reason.
    Again, not a huge deal, but would prefer the drawings keep their smooth lines!
