Image quality reduces when I upload a post

  I find then every time I post something on my website, the image quality is reduced and I don’t know why. I’ve been told to turn off ‘Image Accelerator’ from Jetpack, but even after I do that, I still find that my photo quality is reduced. I have no idea what could be causing it and have searched highs and lows to try to find an answer without success.
