image repeated on home page

  Hi

  for some (unknown) reason I now have two images on the home page of my blog. There used to only be one.

  I don’t remember changing anything on the home page so not sure what’s happened

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
