Image rotation has to be done OUTSIDE of the edit page now in Media Library?
-
With this new format recently applied to Word Press, buttons to rotate an image have disappeared. There are no longer any buttons available to rotate, crop, flip or resize my image WITHIN the post. I have to SAVE & go OUT OF THE POST I am editing, then click on the “Media Library” option on the DASHBOARD, edit from there, then return to the post??????? This is adding a lot of extra steps! Am I doing something wrong?

Staff have made some changes to image editing http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-editing/ and as I don’t know to help you I have tagged this thread for a Staff response. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2012/11/29/seamless-media/

Hi there,
I’m checking into this, to see if there is some functionality there that we’re missing. Thanks for the feedback on this!
I’ll let you know what I dig up!
Cheers

Hi again,
This is a priority for the next update (which is already in the works). Thank you so much for your feedback – we take user suggestions seriously, and aim to make the platform as useful as possible.
