  I’m hosted on WordPress, so no plug-in capability. Any way to build in an image rotation feature for headers and such?

  No. This is a turnkey operation and our ability to use CSS editing is limited and requires paid upgrades, so if you want to faff around with code and building this or that you have to hire a web host http://wordpress.ORG/hosting/ and set up a WordPress.ORG install.
