Image Row Overlapping Text Row

  Hi, I am trying to overlap a heading element with a png.

  When I set the margin to (-150), it does not matter whether I Apply it to the bottom of the png or the top of the heading.

  The heading always overlaps the image.

  I would love to know if there is a way to get the png to overlap the heading!
