Image Settings Not Working Properly

When trying to set my images to “open in a new window” via the “Image Advanced Settings” after clicking the setting box and hitting the “Update” button it has no apparent affect on my images. This function use to work just fine.
Also, for no reason at all, any animated gifs that I enter into a post appear to be working fine in the “editing screen” but when I update or publish my post the animation is not working. Again, this was not the case a few weeks back. What few animated gifs I had published were working fine.
Any suggestions. Perhaps I have inadvertedly changed a setting somewhere?

It would seem I have resolve the “open in new window” part of my problem. I was neglecting to click on the “Link to Image” selection on the Edit Image window. I don’t recall having to do that previously.
Just left with the animated gif problem – unless I suppose to click on the Link to Image button for that also? :)

Thanks a bunch for the help. Solved the issue with regard to the animated gifs.
Aplogize for the missing link on my name and have taken care of it. Thanks also for pointing that out.

using your method, I was able to restore the gif mouvement, but not at the right size and the right speed. Do you have any further trick?
