Image showing broken link on page, but link opens image in separate page
-
On the following page of my blog:
( http://writingfornature.wordpress.com/links-to-interesting-blogs/gis-and-mapping-resources/ ) the image rarely ever loads properly. The image space is filled with a broken link icon, but when I click on the image space to go directly to the image it loads perfectly (visible here:
http://writingfornature.files.wordpress.com/2013/06/intag-sketch-small.jpg )This issue happens across multiple browsers and computers. The image is a standard JPG format and is only 1.02MB, the same size or smaller than most of the other images I post elsewhere in my blog that have no trouble displaying.
Any ideas on what is going on and/or how to correct it?
Thanks

No idea why this happened, but I can confirm that the issue showed up when I checked as well. Tagging this for Staff assistance (please be patient while waiting).

I don’t have any issue loading the image at all using either link. I’m using Firefox 26.1.

The image is loading fine for me as well. If you continue to experience problems with it, you might try resaving the image on your computer with a new file name, deleting the image from WordPress.com and uploading the new file.
